A small “branch-off” of the family’s commercial cow/calf operation, our focus is on early matured, larger framed cattle that consistently produce high quality beef. The shift in focus from weaning weights to the end product really led to the development of Blue Willow Beef. By selecting genetically favored animals with more marbling, we found Wagyu to be the greatest gift to our beef herd. We pride ourselves in the personal attention we give our customers and our cattle. We produce premium beef from both sides of the world, locally and naturally.
